Il responsabile Matteo, tutto il suo staff primo tra tutti l°incredibile Michelangelo, sono persone cordiali, disponibili e professionisti nel loro campo. Michelangelo sa cogliere ogni sfumatura nelle preferenze culinarie di ciascun ospite.... è molto attento , creativo ed i suoi piatti sono veri e propri capolavori , per il palato e per gli occhi.
